BOOKING POLICY
A two–night minimum stay is required for any weekend lodging reservations at Chase on the Lake Resort & Spa Memorial Day through October; Holiday weekends are subject to a 3–night minimum stay; Off–season weekend stays may allow a 1–night stay for any hotel rooms (excludes condos) based on availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is based seasonally.

Cancellations from May to October that are received at least seven (7) days before the check-in date will be eligible for a refund, except for a $50.00 processing fee. If a reservation is canceled or modified less than seven (7) days before the check-in date, the reservation will be charged 100% of the first room night, plus tax.

Cancellations from November to April that are received at least 48-hours (2 days) before the check-in date will be eligible for a refund, except for a $50.00 processing fee. If a reservation is canceled or modified less than 48-hours (2 days) before the check-in date, the reservation will be charged 100% of the first room night, plus tax.

NO-SHOW POLICY
No-Shows or any reservation cancellation received less than 24 Hours (1 Day) prior to the check-in date, will result in the loss of the deposit (1 Night Stay).

PET POLICY
We love our furry little friends! Chase has Pet Friendly Rooms available for pets under 50lbs. For those traveling with pets, we charge an additional non-refundable pet fee, per stay ($50.00), as well as sign a “pet parent” agreement for the duration of your stay. If you want to book a pet friendly room, please give us a call today!
