BOOKING POLICY:

The guest booking a room must be at least 21 years of age or older and must be present during entirety of the stay.  Identification will be checked at time of check-in.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS:

Hotel Rooms- Hotel rooms typically do not have a minimum stay requirement. However, during periods of high occupancy, such as holidays or special events, a minimum night stay may be required.

Condos- Our condos always require a minimum night stay of 2 nights.

Villas- Our villas require a minimum night stay of 3 nights from Memorial Day through Labor Day and 2 nights during all other times.

Beach House- Minimum stay of 2 nights from Labor Day through Memorial Day; 7 nights from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please reach out—some exceptions may be made for the 7-night stay.

DEPOSIT POLICY:

Hotel Rooms- No deposit required.

Condos & Villas- $200 deposit required at time of booking.

Beach House- 25% deposit required at time of booking; remainder due 30 days prior to check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Hotel Rooms- If you cancel after 4:00pm 48 hours prior to your stay you will be billed for one night of your stay.

Condos & Villas- Your $200.00 deposit is refundable if you cancel by 4:00pm one week prior to your stay. If you cancel less than one week prior, your deposit will be held and you will be billed for the entirety of your stay.

Beach House- Your 25% deposit is refundable up to 90 days before check-in. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable.

NO SHOW POLICY: 

If you do not show up for your reservation you will be billed for the entirety of your stay.

SMOKING POLICY:

The Chase on the Lake is a smoke free estabilishment.  Anyone not in compliance with this will be charged a minimum of a $500.00 fine and may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund on your stay.  Guest will also be charged for all remaining nights of stay.

DOG POLICY:

-NOT ALL OF OUR ROOMS ARE DOG FRIENDLY, please call us right now to ensure you have a dog friendly room. If you show up with your dog and do not have a dog friendly room, we will not be able to accommodate your stay and you will still be charged.

-We allow a maximum of two dogs per room in our dog friendly rooms and the dog fee is $50.00 per dog. ($100.00 per dog at the Beach House/Same maximum of 2 dogs per unit.)

-You will be required to sign an agreement at check-in.
