Terms & Conditions

BOOKING POLICY:
The guest booking a room must be at least 21 years of age or older and must be present during entirety of the stay.  Identification will be checked at time of check-in.

A two–night minimum stay is required for any weekend lodging reservations at Chase on the Lake Resort & Spa Memorial Day through October; Holiday weekends are subject to a 3–night minimum stay; Off–season weekend stays may allow a 1–night stay for any hotel rooms (excludes condos) based on availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Hotel Rooms- Your $50.00 deposit is refundable if you cancel by 4:00 pm 48 hours prior to your stay. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your stay, your deposit will be held.  If you cancel after 4:00 pm 24 hours prior to your stay you will be billed for one night stay.  

Condos- Your $200.00 deposit is refundable if you cancel by 4:00 pm one week prior to your stay.  If you cancel less than one week prior, your deposit will be held and you will be billed for the entirety of your stay.

NO SHOW POLICY: 

If you do not show up for your reservation you will be billed for the entirety of your stay.

SMOKING POLICY:

The Chase on the Lake is a smoke free estabilishment.  Anyone not in compliance with this will be charged a minimum of a $500.00 fine and may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund on your stay.  Guest will also be charged for all remaining nights of stay.

DOG POLICY:

-NOT ALL OF OUR ROOMS ARE DOG FRIENDLY, please call us right now to ensure you have a dog friendly room.  If you show up with your dog and do not have a dog friendly room, we will not be able to accommodate your stay and you will still be charged.

-We allow a maximum of two dogs per room in our dog friendly rooms and the dog fee is $50.00 per dog.

-You will be required to sign an agreement at check-in.
