Chase on the Lake Resort is teaming up with Befree Yoga for another yoga weekend at Chase on the Lake! Amber Gilbertson will be bringing you two days of relaxation, yoga and fun! It will be a great way to relax and enjoy the coming arrival of Summer!

This package is available for the dates of Friday, April 24 th – Sunday, April 26 th . Relax in one of our gorgeous hotel rooms and take in all that the Chase has to offer. This package comes complete with 2 nights lodging, breakfast daily at our 502 restaurant, and 3 yoga sessions with Amber. Amber has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. Retreat Itinerary:

  • 4/24: From 7:00pm-8:00pm we will have a meet and greet happy hour for those who wish to
    attend in the dining area. Chips and hummus will be provided and your first drink is also
    included.
  • 4/25: We will have 2, hour long yoga classes. The first will be in the morning from 9:30-10:30am
    the second will be late afternoon 4:30-5:30pm.
  • 4/26: We will have 1 more yoga class in the morning from 9:30-10:30
