Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
Rates quoted are per night and are subject to state tax and a resort fee. All rates and information are subject to change without notice. Midweek rates apply to reservations made Sunday through Thursday. Weekend rates apply to reservations made on Friday and Saturday. Weekends require a 2-night minimum length of stay.
A 10% resort fee is charged to all reservations.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Lodge rooms receive housekeeping services periodically and as requested.
We are a 100% non-smoking facility, failure to comply with this policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
A valid credit card is required to reserve a room. Deposit is processed at the time of booking your reservation. Amount varies based on season, day, and room type.
There is a $30.00 fee for a late check-out.
Lodging Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy: A one night’s deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
Our cancellation policy is based seasonally.
Cancellations from May to October that are received at least seven (7) days before the check-in date will be eligible for a refund, except for a $50.00 processing fee. If a reservation is canceled or modified less than seven (7) days before the check-in date, the reservation will be charged 100% of the first room night, plus tax.
Cancellations from November to April that are received at least 48-hours (2 days) before the check-in date will be eligible for a refund, except for a $50.00 processing fee. If a reservation is canceled or modified less than 48-hours (2 days) before the check-in date, the reservation will be charged 100% of the first room night, plus tax.
No-Shows or any reservation cancellation received less than 24 Hours (1 Day) prior to the check-in date, will result in the loss of the deposit (1 Night Stay).
ONLINE SAVINGS RATE CODE: Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

All rates are subject to a resort fee and state tax. The resort fee helps fund resort programming and activities throughout the resort, Wi-Fi throughout the property, library, games, snowshoes, firewood, pool towels, long-distance phone calls, and other resort amenities.
Copper Door Spa Cancellation Policy
A credit card or room reservation # is required to hold all spa reservations. The spa requires 48 hours notice on all cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to the service time, you will be charged 100% of the price of the service.
