General Information & Policies

Check-In Times
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm.   Check-out is 11:00 am.

Rates
Rates quoted are per night and are subject to state tax and a resort fee.  All rates and information are subject to change without notice. Midweek rates apply to reservations made Sunday through Thursday. Weekend rates apply to reservations made on Friday and Saturday Weekends we require a 2 night minimum length of stay.

Resort Fee
A 7% resort fee is charged to all reservations.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Housekeeping
Lodge rooms receive daily housekeeping service.

General Policy
We are a 100% non-smoking facility, failure to comply with this policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Deposits
A valid credit card is required to reserve a room. 48 hours prior to your arrival date you will be charged one night plus taxes and fees.

Lodging Cancellation Policy

Stay Dates now through July 1st:
Deposit Policy:A one night’s deposit is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
Cancel Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival will be fully refunded. Cancelations made within the 48 hours of arrival your deposit will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. There is NO FEE should you decide to move your reservation dates to a later date within the next 12 months.

Cancel Policy: Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non refundable. There is NO FEE should you decide to move your reservation dates to a later date within the next 12 months.

All rates are subject to a resort fee and state tax.  The resort fee helps fund resort programming and activities throughout the resort, Wi-Fi throughout the property, library, games, snowshoes, firewood, pool towels, long distance phone calls, and other resort amenities.

Copper Door Spa Cancellation Policy
Credit card or room reservation # is required to hold all spa reservations. The spa requires 48 hours notice on all cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to the service time, you will be charged 100% of the price of the service.
