Airport Shuttle

Transportation from the Brainerd & Bemidji Regional Airport can be arranged for an additional charge.

Debit and Credit Card Users
When you present your credit or debit card at check-in, our credit card system automatically reserves the amount of your stay, plus an additional 25%. It can take up to ten days for this amount to be credited back to your account. If you wish to avoid this amount from being taken out of your banking account, please provide us with another credit card at check-in. If you would like to put your final bill on your debit card, you may switch the form of payment to your debit card at check-out.

Check-In/Check-out Times
Check in is after 4:00PM on your arrival day. Guests are welcome to arrive early and enjoy our recreation facility. Check out is 11:00AM.

Firearms are prohibited

Fireworks
For the safety of all of our guests, fireworks (of any kind) and sparklers are not allowed on the resort properties.

Package Changes
We reserve the right to alter packages. Rates confirmed in your reservation will be honored. Vacation rates are not valid for any conference or meeting.

Taxes
6.875% state sales tax, 3% Local Lodging Tax, 7% Resort fee, and $1/night Walker Community Development fund

Payment Methods
A credit card is required at check in. Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover are accepted and approved personal checks. ATM located on the property.

Pets
We know that pets are important members of the family, and that vacation can be more fun if your pets are with you. For that reason we have some accommodations that allow domesticated dogs and cats less than 60 lbs. Pets are not allowed on the beach, in the pool area, restaurant, bar, bowling alley or meeting space. We ask that owners follow a few rules, including keeping your dog on a leash when outside, and leaving them secured in a kennel if they are left in your room unattended. This will allow our housekeeping team to feel comfortable going into your room to provide service. For those traveling with pets, we charge an additional per night fee, additional damage deposit, as well as sign a “pet parent” agreement for the duration of your stay. We can also suggest nearby boarding facilities. Violation of the pet policy will result in a minimum charge of $500.00, potential pet eviction, and a charge for any damage or additional cleaning of the accommodation.

Reservation Deposit
To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit equal to one nights lodging for up to a four-night stay, two nights lodging for five nights or more. Remailning balance will be due at check-in. Not applicable to all packages.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 21 days or more before a non-premium date will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival, deposit is non-refundable, but may be changed to a new reservations within 6 months.
Premium date reservations are non-refundable with-in 30 days of stay

No Shows:
Rooms will be released at 8:00am the day following the reservation, and one-night will be processed with the credit card on file. For group reservations, please refer to group contract.

Resort Attire
Please remember, even in the summer nights may be cool. Attire is casual throughout the property.

Smoking Policy
Guests should refrain from smoking anywhere on the property with the exception of designated smoking areas. Guests smoking in areas other than the designated areas will receive additional charges for cleaning and may face possible eviction.

Please respect other resort guests between the hours of 10pm-7:00am.
