Proprietor - Steve Olson
Mr. Olson is co-founder and co-owner of Leisure Hotels Group of Companies. A twenty eight year veteran in the hotel industry, Mr. Olson began his hospitality career early working in his family’s business of owning and operating two convention hotels and a full service resort complex. After attending the University of Minnesota, majoring in business administration, Mr. Olson joined Sheraton’s extensive management training program. Subsequently, Mr. Olson joined Brock Hotel Corporation, which operated more than sixty Holiday Inns nationwide.

General Manager - Jamie Tatge
Prior to leading the opening team for Chase on the Lake in 2007-2008 Jamie spent 10 years at Grand View Lodge on Gull Lake and was most recently the property's Director of Operations. Jamie is originally from Plymouth, Minnesota. He has a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and is also a Certified Food and Beverage Executive from the American Hotel and Lodging Education Institute. Tatge is a Member of the Board for Finnegan's Irish Amber, and is also the Director of Resort Operations for Leisure's resort portfolio. Prior to moving to northern Minnesota, he worked with various restaurant groups from Minneapolis to Nashville.

Director of Sales - JoAnna Tacheny
As an industry Resort Management Sales Professional for most of her career, JoAnna brings several years of experience to the Chase team as Director of Sales.  Joining Chase on the Lake in early 2010, her previous background includes opening Northern Bay Golf Resort & Marina in central Wisconsin, as Director of Sales & Marketing. Prior experience includes Sales Management at Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center and Ruttger's Sugar Lake Lodge. Also included in her hospitality port folio is over 10 years of experience with Radisson Hotel Corporation and Regency Hotel Management Company in various Sales Management positions.
