June 30th 2008
Phase one of our renovation and addition was completed.. This includes 70 guest suites, 10 two and
three bedroom condotels, an indoor pool facility, docking services and The 502 our lakeside restaurant and bar.
November 2008
We anticipate phase 2 of the property to be completed. At that time, our spa, meeting rooms, exercise
room and 2 lane bowling alley will open.
The Resort Accommodations
70 Luxury Guest Suites: Comfortable and inviting, guests will enjoy the Chase's signature bedding
collection, flat screen television, and luxurious bath with select units featuring multi-head shower systems. All rooms
feature a mini-refrigerator and microwave.
46 Condotel Suites: Featuring One, Two and Three bedrooms with all the comforts of home. Relax and
enjoy luxurious bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens and cozy living rooms with fireplaces and flat screen
televisions. These are available to rent or purchase.
The 502
Minnesota's Lakeside dining at its best! This casual high-energy eatery will serve up Northwood's
specialties, timeless American dishes and lighter "spa style" cuisine in a classic arts and crafts setting.
The 502 features spectacular views of Leech Lake along with patio dining at the water's edge. Savor an
ice cold beverage or your favorite wine and watch the game on one of the flat screen televisions in the
pub. Live entertainment will be featured on weekends.
Copper Door
Sit back, relax and unwind in our Aveda resort concept spa. Exclusively offering Aveda products, guests
can choose from a wide variety of massage & body treatments as well as manicures and pedicures.
Java Loon
Our specialty coffee and gelato bar features a variety of coffee blends for even the most discriminating
palate along with Walker's only gelato bar to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Chaser's Alley
Our 2 lane bowling alley will be available for rent, a favorite activity for families and groups.
Meeting and Banquet Facilities
Chase on the Lake offers conference and meetings rooms to allow you to customize a gathering to fit
your group's specific needs. We offer the ideal location to host your corporate retreat, meeting, event,
or reception. Our staff is readily available to service your event in true Minnesota style.
Recreation
Guests will enjoy the indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, grotto, steam room, sand beach and planned
weekly activities. The Paul Bunyan trail is just out our front door for biking, walking, or snowmobiling.
We also have boat slips available for rent and will provide a water craft concierge to assist you with lake
rentals, boat launching and docking services.
